“This has to be the easiest visa I have applied for - time wise and also in terms of paper work. The communication was clear throughout the process and I like that I was kept updated through out both by email and SMS. The question that I asked was answered promptly. Thank you for the good service.”

“I faced problem creating online visa request using website that the process was completed and purchase done successfully but error happened in finalizing. I contacted customer service that tried to get my request but they didn't find any request created. They apologized and created manually request to handle the issue. The website was not very good and no information given about the state of my request but the customer service were very helpful and supportive. Thank you.”

Ms Raghda, thank you very much for your feedback. We take what you wrote really seriously, and yes, we had a lag (delay) in getting the applications for about 10 hours that day, during which you applied. The issue has been resolved, yet, it has caused inconvenience to some of our customers for which was are deeply and truthfully sorry. About the lack of information on the website, it would be great if you can clarify that point, because our support website (support.utmservices.com) contains detailed information on our services. We are, however, redesigning the visa application process at the present time, hopefully it will get better. Thank you again and looking forward to hear from you. “Its not my 1st time to use utm, its quick smooth i want to give acknowledgement for the person who supported me his name is Mhd Talal AlRefaai, I have a small suggestion, i have applied when i saw the offer of uae visa for 90$, But i ended up payimg 477 aed ehixh is 130$, can u please justify”

About the price of the visa of Mr. Nawaf, the price for 14 day visa is 100$, and if you apply and pay onspot online, you can get a 10$ discount.. so the final will be 90$. In your case, you applied for 30 days visa. That is 30$ additional.
