Worst customer service, they are all illiterate people replying saved answers again and again. DO NOT purchase tickets through them no matter what. I wish I can give them zero start. Terrible.

I don't know why I did not check the reviews before I got my ticket from there. They do not have a customer service number available now. And I also don't know what to do, as soon as, the borders are still closed on my destination. Do not book with them EVER!!!

Covid 19 pandemic turn most of the air travel upside down. Tickets booked thru the airlines was either refunded the full value or offered a future travel voucher with 10% additional value. Where as for the fault of booking the tickets thru Vayama customers were subjected to a deduction of $100 per person as administrative fees citing the reason booking does not have a protection against cancellation for whatever reason be. Why. Customers did not cancelled the booking but the situation made them to do so when all international flights were abruptly cancelled. How greedy the Vayama could be? For a meagre $100 Vayama perhaps lost most of their customers and no wonder if they go belly up pretty soon. Even now there is no live person available for a talk and instruct to send a message to them.

I made a biggest mistake of booking with Vayama. When the airline cancelled due to covid-19, they never responded through email. I sent several emails but no respond. Phone call is a waste of time never answer. They also don't have physical address. STAY AWAY FROM ANY THIRD PARTY TRAVEL WEBSITE

I strongly recommend avoiding Vayama, even if you have to spend a bit more. I cancelled my flight more than a week before departure and agreed to the fees. No response. I understand regarding COVID19 times. But it has been 3 months and this is thousands of dollars. I suggest booking through airlines. I sure will in future.

STAY AWAY! Yes they are legitimate but their policies stink. During the recent Covid-19 problems they could not complete my flight as booked. (Destination border was to be closed on my arrival day, and the airline stated the flight was to be cancelled) As such both in the US and Europe they are required to refund the total flight cost if notified prior to the departure date. But they refused to answer their phones? A message just stated for better customer service they would only take emails?? So I sent over 8 emails days to hours before flight time. About a month later I got a reply stating since I did not notify them of the problem in advance they would only issue me a credit minus a $100 processing fee! No other airline or vendor has assessed an additional fee during this time. This is so rude and shows the total lack of concern for their customers. I finally protested the charge with my bank, and they found in my favor. I was well within my rights to request a full refund. They reversed the charge in full. I will never book with Vayama again and strongly suggest no one else should unless they decide not to make their money so dishonestly.

I purchased the tickets from Vayama for the flight from Tucson, AZ to Jakarta, Indonesia. The flight was suspended and I knew about this at the airport on the flying day from airline operators (Friday, May 22, 2020). I did not receive any notification (call or email) from Vayama about this suspension. This is a horrible experience because I traveled with my little daughter and we already checked out from our apartment. I called Vayama, they did not apologize and told me that I had to wait until next Monday (May 25) to know the rescheduling. On Monday there was no call or email from them as they promised, so finally I had to call them. The answer was surprising, they said that I had to wait for another 24 hours. On the next day still no notification until I called them again, this time they said that there is no flight available for the next two months to Jakarta (I know this lying and cheating). I gave up dealing with this untrusted horrible company. Finally, I purchased new tickets directly from the airline. I requested to refund my ticket from Vayama, they made this process complicated by saying that I have to contact the airline directly. I contacted the airline, the official said that refund can only be requested by the travel agent (Vayama), they also said the process should be very simple and fast for rescheduling of refund as long as Vayama contact them, so now I know Vayama trick. Often time Vayama operators hanged up my calls when I asked for detailed clarification. I want my money back!!!!! This company made such a big trouble to me. Don’t ever buy ticket from Vayama

Vayama customer service is non existent. Even if your airline allows refunds, vayama will send falsified emails claiming the airline has refused the refund. I was finaly able to get my refund by filing a complaint though BBB.org against Vayama. It's not just bad customer service, they are crooks! Stay away from VAYAMA!

My flight has been canceled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and I have not received a single response from them, only a generic email saying they will request a refund from the airline and asking us not to contact them. It has been more than 3 weeks past the date of the flight and I have not received any confirmation or update about the refund. They do not reply not answer calls. I should have booked directly via the airline and not Vayama. Even if I would get a voucher back, would be good, but this is just unprofessional customer service.

I had to cancel my flight overseas due to the Corona Virus. I cannot reach anyone at Vayama via email or phone to help with this. Are they legitimate? I had to cancel my flight overseas due to the Corona Virus. I cannot reach anyone at Vayama via email or phone to help with getting a refund for this. When you call Vayama, a recording says they are too busy to answer the phone so please contact them via email (and they do not give you the email address to use - you have to search online to find it.) When you email Vayama, you get an email back asking if you really want them to respond to your first email (again because they are really busy). Unbelievably poor customer service. Now I wonder: is Vayama legitimate? Are they interested in continuing as a business? I am contemplating legal action but hate to have to go that route. It would be nice if a human would respond.

Worst customer service, never buy airline tickets through them again . They never pick up the phone, The airlines I am traveling asked me contact them regarding Corona virus policy issued ,they stopped replying emails. I think by not replying by email or phone is a way of ignoring customers and I am sure they are going to pay price one day for this kind of disgusting customer service

Not just bad, scam! I requested change for my outbound flight, 30th Dec to 13/17th Dec. Someone who answered the phone made the change from 13th Jan to 14th Jan in inbound flight, which I never requested. I have proof that I didn't request for 13th-14th January change. Now they are sending me invoice of 13th-14th Jan change, charging what I didn’t requested and saying my original 13th flight is not available anymore. They don't hold calls or reply my mails any longer. What should I do???? TOO MUCH SERVICE FOR A CUSTOMER, VAYAMA. Never use it.

Vayama is kind of scam. They claim free refund within 24 hours but they dont gonna respond to you when you need. Moreover, changing your ticket details, flight time costs $100 administration fee per ticket (of Vayama) + possible airline change fee. I would suggest never use Vayama.

Hello. English is not my first language, but I am going to try my best. In May 2017, my roommate and I booked 2 tickets for October 23rd from NYC to New Delhi, and my roommate paid with his card. Unfortunately, on September 14th, I had to cancel my flight because I was schedule for a surgery. My roommate used his ticket but I called Vayama to initiate a claim for a refund for mine. Considering the extremely poor and, in some cases inappropriate and rude communication on the phone, as well as grammatically incorrect email writing, and that they would take up to two weeks to respond to me, I finally receive an email from them explaining that I won't get a refund since I am not a family member of my roommate, since the booking was made under his name. I have provided them with all the hospitalization paperwork as well as a doctor's notice saying that I can not travel for 1 month from the day of my surgery (Oct 12 to Nov 12) because I would be putting my health in risk. I have called Malaysia Airlines and SURPRISINGLY they say that they would full refund me but since I booked the ticket thought Vayama, I have to contact them. I had two more flights within India and both have been refunded by the travel agencies. I am so disappointed at myself for not checking all the bad reviews that this company has before booking my flight, if I would have known that I would have booked my ticket through a different travel agency or directly with the airline. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!!! It's worthy paying a couple of hundred bucks extra but you are covered in case something happens!! I hope this helps.
