I have shipped this Chester SC Walmart for 8 years. I have seen them at their worst and their best. Lately they have been at their best imho. Bill, and many others-- wish I could remember all their names-- but in every department/area of the store-- I have received excellent customer service. I love my local Walmart 🤗.

Today I went to the Vision Center to have my prescription eyeglasses adjusted because they were sat on and out of alignment. Tony from the Beville Road store was working and helping out at the Granada location and immediately went to work on them. This guy has years of experience and knows eyeglasses like no other. His skills are unmatched! When Tony was done the eyeglasses were just as the day I bought them from Walmart-they were perfect. Tony was very polite, courteous, and his customer service skills were amazing. He is a great ambassador for Walmart and I was very happy with his service. In the end there was no charge! If you ever need eyeglasses make a point to ask for Tony and you’ll be glad you did.

I love ordering through the walmart.com. I ordered some items and it got shipped to my old address. Someone that now lives there took it. So make a long story short I got it back from the apartment manager but Walmart had already sent me a new order. So when I received that I sent that back. The person that took my merchandise that wasn't his opened the box. His excuse for the box, was that he "wanted to see what was in it." It wasn't his. I guess the moral of this story is don't take what's not yours because it eventually catch up with you. And Walmart was great to replace it, but I sent it back. honesty is the best policy. I was visiting Walmart on Taylor Rd in Punta Gorda, Florida this morning (7/29/21) to have batteries replaced on my watch in the jewelry department. Shawn was extremely kind and courteous. She was very helpful.

We have been traveling fronBoston to Corpus Christi TX (our home town) then from Corpus to Sacramento CA to El Paso, TX I have to admit that this store on Montana Ave Walmart #3763 is by far the BEST store I have been too! The employees here will go far and beyond to help you. When your shopping they will ask if you need help, they will acknowledge you. Fantastic Job, The cashier was great also, all around great store! I love this store, wish we had this at other stores. Thank You Walmart Supercenter #3763 I will miss this store when we have to move again.

I would like to compliment the Auto Shop, Service Manager, James at Walmart on Lexington Road in Athens, Georgia. James is efficient, intelligent, knowledgable, and very caring for his customers. He did an excellent job on my car. Thank you, James! Don't know what they're paying you, but in my opinion, you deserve top dollar.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to write my review, but here it goes. On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, I was checking out at a register when I started feeling dizzy, and said this to the cashier. I looked around for a chair, but didn't see one, and then I blacked out. I later learned that a lady behind me, grabbed under my arms and lowered me to the ground. If she wasn't there, I'm sure I would have hit my head on the floor. I regained consciousness while on the floor. One of Walmart's employees (Randy) was right there when I came to. He asked if I needed an ambulance, but I felt better while sitting on the floor, so I said it was not necessary. Randy told me that I could not drive myself home. In the meantime, since I was diabetic, they gave me some orange juice, which I drank. Before Randy got me a motorized cart, I saw a friend (Jackie) in the eye department and motioned for her to come over. She came over immediately, and the first thing out of her mouth was, "I know Rosie and her whole family." I asked if she could take me home, which she agreed to. Everyone at the scene were as nice and helpful, and caring about my wellbeing. The only Walmart names I can remember are Krista and Tanner. Randy could probably tell you more. As it turned out, after going to the doctor the next day, it was my blood pressure, which was 80/40. I have lost over 50 pounds since last August, which got me off of Metformin 2x a day for diabetes, and now I am off of my blood pressure medication. In summary, the staff at Walmart were very attentive and went above and beyond my expectations. Blacking out has never happening to me in the past, and I hope it won't happen in the future. Thank you all for caring, and helping me through this ordeal. I greatly appreciate all you beautiful people did to get me stabilized, and please thank Jackie for getting me home safely. Wal-Mart has not made me happy. After shopping empty shelves, went to checkout. The 2 or 3 checkouts that were occupied by associates had very long lines as usual. Went to the self checkouts and noted "Card Only No Cash. Pushed the cart to the other end of the store and found the same thing at the checkouts. Asked an associate if any of the checkouts accepted Cash, 2 on the other end. Paid with the card and decided that it would be the last time I would walk in a Walmart. I do the shopping, checking, bagging and take it to the car. Doing all the work and Wal-Mart won't accept my cash. Pretty sure it won't be to difficult to find a store that will be happy to help and willing to take cash

In the Skiatook Walmart they have some excellent employees. I would like to commend two of them. The 1st is Bernie. He normally works the hardware area but he has helped me in other departments. He looks for answers and he finds them. He is very simply a valuable asset to the customers and to Walmart. Thank you for hiring and keeping him. The 2nd person is Jeremiah. He has helped me on many occasions partially because of his knowledge of the areas he works and partially because he has a friendly attitude that lets me know I can come to him and as busy as he is, he will assist. Thank you for Jeremiah. Both of these men are reasons for me to continue to go to this store. I could go other places as I drive over 60 miles a week shopping for myself and a person who is shut in. Again, Thank you.

WalMart did not make me happy. I purchases several items online at the beginning of March. They were delivered. Half of the items did not fit. So I took the items to my nearest WalMart to return them. Unbeknownst to me, you CANNOT return third party items at a store. Not that I'm aware what third party items are. I was given a 1-800 number to talk to Customer Service to try and return the items. Needless to say 8 weeks later and 5 phone calls, more than 15 chats with customer service agents, this is still not resolved. I spoke to a manager two weeks ago and was guaranteed an email with a shipping label and also a refund within 5-7 business days. 9 business days later, no refund and no email with a shipping label. Talked to another agent today and they said until I return the items, I will NOT get a refund. Stores will not return the items, my credit card has not been refunded, I still have no shipping label. I am so angry, frustrated, disapppointed with the lack of service with this store. DO NOT BUY ONLINE CLOTHES!!!! There is nowhere listed on their site that stores will not return third item clothes. BE AWARE!!!!!

Although the long lines. The never in stock items. The rude, never smiling cashiers, to my surprise I visited the store on Germantown Parkway in Cordova, Tn during the Christmas encountered a gem. I dont know his last name but his first name is Corey and he works in the lawn and garden department I was looking for boxed christmas cards. They were difficult to find but Corey did not stop looking until he found the cards. He was pleasant, with a beautiful smile. He was so professional and thanked me for shopping at Walmart. This was the first and last pleasant experience at Walmart all because of one employee named Corey.

I usually don't have a reason to deal with the customer service staff because everything throughout the store provides the best service should I need a sales associate's assistance while on the floor. My recent visit was with customer service was excellent, and I walked away as a delighted customer. The team was great at making me satisfied, and I did receive 5-star service. Their professionalism, politeness, and job knowledge paid off.
