I don't understand why it takes days for them to release a hold on my money after a delivery. Instacart does right away. This needs to be fixed.

Walmart sells a lot of products at good prices. But my last pair of glasses cost $587.00. The frames were $100.00. Where did the extra $487 come from? The final bill was a shock. I'll go to COSTCO next time

The items I ordered online were to be delivered to the store for my pickup on delivery. On both occasions I received notice from the shipper that the items were delivered to the store however when I went to Walmart to pick them up, I was told that my order had not been received by them. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were unavailable. I subsequently had to contact my bank to refute the charges. The customer service at this Walmart branch is non-existent. If you machines are going to suck my money in on the self checkout then the machine should be working with cash should not be a credit only machine because the employees haven't put money in it

Overall,Walmarts been okay but when chicken sits 10 hours,it shouldn't cost $8.I just needed something you eat so Is brought a dry ,overpriced chicken in Texarka na,Ar.

The Walmart staff are a little unresponsive and hesitant to help you. They always have new technology in their electronics department though.

Tools have been dwindling down for variety over the years today i went i to but a tape measure and they had the tools locked up in a glass window. Who will come and unlock it and why bother in the first place. Does a 2 dollar theft outweigh a 10 or 50 dollar purchace i wont buy tools from any place where i can not access it freely sometimes you need to handle the item to get a feel for it or look for specific imformation, the employee does not have time to wait for you to make a decisions, so now they are putting more stress on the employee when they could be doing other important things.

One good thing i love about Mrs Diane is the abilty to be able to fight all this company and still win, Mrs Diane is here to help anyone having problem getting refund from walmart or having issues taking out their profit from any broker dianerecoveryexpert@ cyberservices,com is the best recovery place to be for all recovery solution with any company broker or exchangers.

we are so tired of walmart.com always canceling our online orders without saying why orders are cancelled, everytime i look around walmart.com be looking so dumb by cancelling customers orders..why be so dumb walmart.com workers???

Prices are good...delivery is awful. They say it will be here on a date, then it keeps delaying, and then it gets lost. Amazon by far is the best for delivery without the hassle.

I am somewhat disappointed as a Walmart grocery shopper for a little over 1 year now. I initially began with the Pickup service. It was great not having to juggle with my 2 young children while shopping. It seemed to be going well for a while until my orders were constantly coming up incomplete at pickup, so I decided to just shop inside the store. That was working out fine until over the last few months. I would normally use the self service lanes for my checkouts as it was easier for me to monitor the prices being rung up. As a regular, I encountered the same staff who were familiar with me and treated me as equal. Now my last few shopping experiences left me feeling as though I was being singled out. At one point I needed to split my cartload between 2 different payment methods. The worker walked up to me to ask for my 1st receipt while I was ringing up the items in my 2nd order. I felt offended as she specifically needed to see the amount of that order. Another time, I had a worker trying to tell me how to use the checkout lane. I wouldn’t use it if I wasn’t comfortable with it and didn’t know how to use it! She came back numerous times to watch me ringing up my items and not watching everyone else as a whole like she should’ve been. I don’t need to be told to put my items in my cart and not keep them in the bagging area, and I don’t need to be told that the bagging area is not a scale! Who doesn’t know that! I WANT TO SHOP IN PEACE! That is my time to be alone and that has become therapeutic for me. STOP PROFILING AND DO NOT JUDGE PEOPLE BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN! STOP TREATING US DIFFERENTLY! I DON’T STEAL AND I WOULD LET YOU KNOW IF YOU OVERPAID ME. Train your staff to treat ALL customers fairly and clear their head of misconceptions. I like Walmart because they sell items my children like and it’s easy to just go to one store and shop. I don’t wish to stop shopping there, I just want to be treated like anyone else would......with fairness! GET IT TOGETHER!

Now Walmart forced people to pay in advance before you can check out to reserve a time. The problem with that is for one...by time associates start to gather your order there is always something that Walmart ends up not having. The other issue is that the associates often get the wrong items. They want to enforce no contact and to just open your trunk, but when you get home and put your stuff away and notice the mistakes they made, you’re expected to go in store to return or exchange. Completely kills the purpose of curbside pick up. No compensation for an associates wrong doing. I really dislike this update with HAVING to paying before you go to pick up.

The. Order process was easy, this is the second time I have ordered on line received my first order in two days. This time I placed my order on the 28 of March and stii have not received my second order I only ordered a package of socks and a sports bra. I did receive an email stating that have of my order was shipped on the 6th of April and I still haven't received it yet. I do understand that we are in crisis as country, but this is ridiculous,. Thanks you Sincerely 😞👎

Overall the store in Littleton CO on Quincy is a good store. The employees are fine... some better than others. My complaint is after paying for my groceries and or items I am then stopped at the exit to check my cart. I understand there are people who shoplift, but this makes your loyal good customers feel like they are being targeted as doing something suspicious when all we are doing is walking out with our receipt for paid for items! Please find another way to catch thieves! Won’t a bell go off if something isn’t paid for?? Treating everyone to the lowest common denominator is no way to handle good solid PAYING customers! Thank you for your time

adding more Organic and Gluten Free Items. Also instead of Aspartame, Sucrolose ingredients please alternate that with Artheretol alternate. Much safer!!! Also with Seafood please have _𝓽𝓸𝓵𝓵 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝑒 𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕡 +𝟏-𝟖-𝟓-𝟓'𝟑'𝟔'𝟗''𝟠'𝟝'𝟞,,𝟝 more Wild Caught in the frozen section instead of Farm Raised. Consumers will not mind paying a little more. Thanks.

Your Associates are not rotating stock in fresh or in dry. Associates standing around having pow-wow’s in the aisles blocking shoppers. Associates walking side by side talking blocking customers paths that are shopping. WTH

I hate self serve checkout. It’s the insult to the injury. No human interaction and fewer jobs for cashiers. And they got rid of greeters Walmart family just wants more money like they don’t have enough already. I won’t be buying from them anymore

Walmart sells Classic 4 quart slow cooker. This is a no frills machine with a high temperature, low temperature, and warm. The difference between the high and low temperatures is minimal. Cooking usually takes about 1 hour less than recipes indicate.
