I ordered three items at Walmart, and one was never delivered because it was lost. Walmart would not reship the item without having me paying for the shipping because the item is shipped by a third party. Their option that they call a compensation is: they wanted me to reorder the item that was lost and having me buy another item that costs a minimum of $15 to give me a coupon of $10 discount. I didn't need anything else besides the items that I ordered. They refunded me the item that was lost without adding the taxes paid on it! Walmart you are a shame!! They do not take good responsibility for shipping, and they will not do anything else they having you spend more money to get a discount! Walmart you are a joke!!

If Walmart in Aurora expects us to check ourselves out the very very least they can do is have the self checkout working. First the item didn't scan and 2nd it wouldn't accept cash. It really needs a change in management to someone who gets things fixed and is on top of things. Issues with self checkout seem persistent and unaddressed. No 8 don't want to here from the manager because he doesn't want to fix the issues and is willing to lose customers rather than admit the store is horribly ran.

Shipping with walmart is HORRIBLE. Maybe 1 out of every 10 orders comes at time shown on app. I mean like 5 plus days later than it said on app. Much worse than Amazon.

Customer service has dropped dramatically! Walmart uses FedEx instead of better shipping services like Amazon, to the customers disservice. They have Fedex who just deliver customers gifts to anywhere/ wrong address to say the jobs been done. Then when you call Walmart who you made your purchase with they pass you off to FedEx witty little to no answers whatsoever! Walmart at least use to seem like they cared about their customers! Ensuring positive outcomes for their customers but seems to me like they are declining in this area. Hopefully Walmart puts more energy into the shipping processes of its items to ensure customers receive their items. Walmart customer service guy totally lied to us, stating he couldn’t see the address it was shipped to, maybe we put in the wrong address & etc. before passing us off to FedEx. Looking up my order, everything’s accurate on our end & seems like Walmart dropped the ball despite blaming FedEx. Don’t know who to believe at this point. We just want our money back, be careful people.

This store located at 10600 W Layton Ave. in Greenfield, WI. seems to be consistently getting worse as we've also experienced with other Walmart stores regarding front end service and the ability to get checked out through a full-service checkout lane when you have a full cart of items. This morning I was there and had a full order of groceries. The store was stocked pretty well so I was able to get most of what I needed and headed to checkout. Not surprised when I got there that there were only 2 full-service lanes open that were backed up 6 deep. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if any additional lanes would open, but they didn't. I then moved to the self-service lanes where I found a register open. Unfortunately, most of Walmart's self-service lanes are not designed for full orders as there is no place to put your groceries after you scan them other then go get another basket while holding up others waiting to check out, or just start stacking your bags in the floor as I and another customer next to me was doing. (While Walmart associates were standing around watching us) Walmart would offer you another solution which is to pay for a membership which allows you to scan your items on your phone and check out through one of their Scan and Go lanes which I never see anyone using. (And Walmart wants me to pay them for doing all the check-out work? No Thanks. Anyone having to do what I did today should be the ones compensated by Walmart) As it appears that that Walmart is cutting back on front end service my wife and I have made the decision to start shopping at other retailers that realize that the last impression that a customer has is when they are ready to check out. Even though we might have to pay a little more at times, the front-end experience should make up for it. We have spent almost $8,000 at Walmart in the last year, but we're going to try our best to limit our spending at Walmart moving forward and support the local retailers in our area. Larry S

The WalmartApp is so upsetting & confusing& disappointing.Walmart has stores all over the country ,in so many small towns ,people rely on Walmart .But those who rely on the Walmart App ,to have items delivered from their local store or shipped ,are not as lucky ,to go to Walmart .com ,find a item and assume is being sold &shipped from Walmart is harder than it should be .Even myself ,who has been using Walmart.com,since covid & knowing this is a 3hour job at times.I still have to inspect the Walmart App ,each time,as if it's my first carefully look for items I need or want and make sure to check that it's being sold by Walmart &not some unknown company from another country.I understand Walmart allows other sellers ,to sell on their app but why would they be listed ,under Walmarts Rollbacks &deals& main page where one would assume they are buying from Walmart .It doesn't say ship from Walmart and others?? But once it's in your cart ,you will be charged a high shipping price& after paying, are told where it's coming from .why does Walmart want to sell to customers without telling them .it took me a good long time to figure it out.Anyone going to Walmart.com for a known Walmart item sees a rollback or clearance price will assume it's sold by Walmart but that's not the case.I can see if Walmart had their products listed first and then a page for others to sell their products and the customer can decide .but the way these items are listed ,On Walmarts Sale lists and alot are first on the page .it's not until after you pay ,you realize you didn't buy from Walmart..Anyone going to the Walmart App is most likely looking for an item ,that is only sold from Walmart expecting to put it in a cart and pay not to have to be an investigator searching for Walmart Items..Im writing this comment,in hope Walmart pays attention to Walmart Shoppers&The App .We want Walmart items, from Walmart ,sold by Walmart, from Walmart.Nothing Else.If so, We would go to Amazon.

When I first got it I loved it and used it often. Now I place orders and 8 out of 10 are delayed or not delivered. I pay the monthly fee but can't get delivery 80% of the time. Going to end up canceling

My review is based on the last number of years, not Walmart's performance during or after Covid. They have steadily dropped In their quality of customer service, prices, availability, delivery, employee morale, website functionality, and reputation. What gives, Walmart? It is so sad when a company makes all the cuts in the wrong areas to save a buck and ends up cutting their own throat. A once reputable company, Walmart is just a mess now, as well as being the butt of jokes on YouTube and social media. I am so fed up. So so fed up. I don't know if they're ever going to pick themselves up again, but it's time for me to move on.

I shop at our local Walmart weekly and spend quite a bit of money there, and every week, regularly, every time, myself and my friend get followed thru your Walmart as if we’re going to steel from yuns! It’s really insulting and annoying! I get the world has its problems, however yuns aren’t making things any easier by treating the good ones like we’re about to steel from your store!

I called the store number just to try and get them to send someone to sporting goods. Worst customer service ever. Sincerely Bi-mart her I come.

i have purchased around 20 items on Walmart online in the last 60 days. Normal shipments comes OK, but make sure you really want what you have ordered. I have tried to cancel 3 items that were shipped. Walmart never sent me an email on my request and I find out that they ignored it by finding my item has already shipped usually this is one to two days after I made my request to cancel. Lack of communication is terrible

I had to drive over 30 miles needlessly because they would not answer their phones. Every company I have ever worked for would have fired me for not answering incoming calls.

We live in golden valley arizona and shop at the Walmart in kingman they have a cashier employed who likes to profile people who buy alcohol, or people who make multiple purchases to get cash back and has done this to several people I know one day she was so busy profiling us that she let a couple walk right out the door with a big bottle of fireball that wasn't paid for complaining because we made multiple purchases to get cash back

ordered three items, total qualified for free shipping, upon completeing checkout I was notified one item was ready for pickup, contacted customer service to remedy this issue and they were unable to help. Ended up cancelling order now I am awaiting refunds from three sellers. This is a nightmare, will not use walmarts site again as this is the second time I have encountered problems when ordering with walmart.

Wal-Mart caters to short people. I can't buy any clothing at any store. Please increase pant lengths to 34 and 36. Some tall clothing would help to. Have you ever bought a walmart shirt made in China. Well most xlarge shirts shrink to size large. A major waste of my hard earned money. Why can't you cater to the big and tall community also. There are plenty of us. Since I can't buy clothing at walmart, I don't purchase anything else. Things made in China or some country we have never heard of. Why? We have American made products. Lets use them instead of getting low quality products I doubt I have spent $1 over the last 5 years. I wish more people would realize what I see. When are you going to start giving discounts for customer who must check themselves out at self checkout. We are basically working for Wal-Mart. We are having to check ourselves out so a discount sounds fair. What happened to the day where there were 20 cashiers. Why don't I ever see management on registers. I guess it's below there pay grade. There way to good to check out customers and help promote the business instead everyone else must be on a register. Until a discount is offered is offe4ed for self checlout, I won't be shopping there, nor will I ever go back to their store.

I had ordered a small c/d stereo, wasn't what I expected, went online, got the return information and brought it to the store for return. The order was from a walmart online vender. The store processed my return of $42.16 the issues is when I went to check the return slip the credit card that the return went to was not mine. I discarded the return slip so I out of luck. Make sure when you get a return you check the receipt right there before you leave the store. I think the return went to the online seller. I will never use walmart online shopping. I'll stick with Amazon. Safer and better
