Several times over several recent weeks I visited this New Brau fels store trying to purchase luggage. Each time they have had a very minimal selection of one or two pieces. Does anyone order EVER for this department ? Suitcases & duffel bags are pretty common everyday items !!! Also along with very few cashiers & salesclerks , , customers are putting their own bags into their carts . Customer service has gone by the wayside . Produce clerks are very ignoring of customers and rude.

OMG! Walmart is going downhill so fast. I just placed an online order. They will deliver half and I have to drive an hour to pick up the other half. If I have to go to the store I would just pick it all up. I call the 800 number , the first ding dong hangs up, on accident. The second lady tells me I have to order something else in order to have it delivered. Its cat food. I will just pick it up at Market Basket. I buy EVERYTHING there. I'm so done! THUMBS DOWN!!!

I GO TO A WALMART IN TUCSON ARIZONA AT E. SPEEDWAY, AND TALK TO FRIENDS THAT GO TO THE WEST SIDE ONE. IT SEEMS THERE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS THAT COME IN WITHOUT A MASK ENDANGERING THE REST OF US. COULD THE GREETER AND STAFF STANDING AT CHECK OUT HAVE THE LOW COST PAPER MASKS TO GIVE TO THOSE THAT COME IN WITHOUT A MASK? ALSO WALMART NEEDS PROMINENT BIG SIGN REQUIRING MASKS AT THE ENTRANCES. PLEASE DO NOT LET IN PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS AND HAVE SOME PAPER ONES AVAILABLE TO GIVE OUT!!! TOO MANY OF US ARE DYING BECAUSE SOME DON'T FOLLOW RULES OR DON'T WANT TO BUY MASKS.

I have been going to Walmart for the 6 am Senior Citizen hour on Tuesday in New Iberia, Louisiana. I had a problem with the Neighborhood Market Walmart in that the employees were not wearing masks. The Super store was wearing masks so I have been shopping there. Today when I was ready to check out there was only 1 check out and it was a self check out. Since I shop for multiple weeks I had a lot of stuff in my cart. I was checking and bagging as fast as I could, but the man behind me was very rude and fussy. I must admit I am not as fast as a store checker, but I was going as fast as I could knowing others were waiting. I understand that he was just frustrated that he could not check out. Anyway, today's shopping trip left me rattled and less than pleased with the store.

IN store review: NORMALLY I would rate Walmart at a 4, however a December 27th shopping experience was not great. After Christmas sales on the 26th of December is never my thing but I usually try to get in before the end of the year. When you are shopping in the Christmas section at 50 percent off, there should ONLY be items 50 percent off! Do NOT put Hallmark Christmas Cards in the Christmas isle IF Hallmark does their own thing. Do NOT put Christmas storage in the Christmas section only to be told at check out or Customer Service that Storage is never half off. Do NOT put a family game on the end cap of Christmas only to be told at check out or Customer Service that games aren't half price. WHY is the game there? Why is the Storage there? Why are the Hallmark Cards there? Come on Walmart, I expect better from you AND I know NORMALLY you do better!!!

Visited your Walmart store in Lansing Illinois 17625 Torrence Ave 60438 on 12/18/2020. Was waited on by cashier ringing in line 3. Waited diligently in line to purchase my orders. After about fifteen minutes; the cashier (name unknown; no name tag); told a gentleman in front of me; he was going to be her last customer. Then cut her light off. She observed me and another woman behind me waiting also. Then eventually stated to him; I guess I'll stay open; she looks like she'll complain! I never said a word. Just waiting in line. How rude. First of all; if you saw other people in your line; and no one was coming over to replace you; at least finish them. She rung me up at 17:14:16 pm. As she bagged my items; she did it in a way that let me know she was angered. Hurriedly putting items in the bag. Shoving some bags to me to put in my cart. Not professional at all. Maybe if she would have told the gentleman in front of me she was closing after him before me and the shopper behind me were waiting in her line with her light still on, we would have probably been standing in another line! I spent $183.18. And that's just for that day. I shop Walmart every week. Sometimes more than once. Thanks for listening.

Walmart delivery is awful. They charge more than other delivery services, then "forget" to put some available items in the bags. It is difficult to get a refund, because there is no phone number for the delivery refunds problem. It takes around 3 phone calls and a "manager" always says a lot of BS to make you feel better. The first time, a"manager" told me I could reorder the "forgotten" items again free. Well, that never happened. Do not be fooled into using this service or the BS "free" unlimited delivery. You will just pay for awful service in adance.

Walmart basically has good products and prices and I have no problem with the company. However, employees that work there will almost run over you with pallet jacks, filling call-in orders and employees have no problem cutting in front of you and you have to stop quickly to avoid hitting them with a shopping cart. Even when they are just walking they will almost run over you. The shopping carts at 355 Cypress Gardens Road in Winter Haven, Florida won't roll straight and are hard to push. Many of the front wheels wobble when you push them and make clattering noise. Employees restocking the store block aisles up st bad that it is difficult to push a cart by the congestion. Many won't even move to let customers pass by them. The employees allow children and people that don't need the electric carts to play or use them. Many people ride them into the parking lot and leave then outside when other people that need them can't find one. Those people that don't need them would run over you if you don't get out of their way, especially the children. Publix has an employee follow them to their vehicle and return the electric carts to the store making sure it is plugged in to insure it is usable. Publix's employees are courteous and helpful to customers. Often times Walmart employees are talking to each other and pays no attention to a customer patiently waiting to ask a question.

I have in the past loved shopping at the neighborhood market Walmart in Gastonia NC. Some of the stocker were nice and helpful. Plus it is easier and quicker to get in and out of. However recently I went to the deli there to get some sliced turkey and I stood there for a while but the lady working there never acknowledged me. I wasn’t sure if this was because I’m white or what??? If people can’t be nice and courtesy (just like with any job), then I may need to do my grocery shopping at another store that is not a Walmart.

I called the first store of the 3 in the Columbia sc area & they closed @ 8:30 and was told most did so check the site and did, the others are open until 10 I drove to both and they were to lazy or just don't give a damn about customer service.I felt it was the latter! If something as simple & left to management wasn't done speaks loudly about "the concern for those stores making money. I don't shop there very often anyway because of there forcing customers to come in contact with as many as possible by shutting all but 2 doors. Its a pick-nic hike from parking!!! That's just to get up to the cattle drive through the doors! Whose stupid idea was that? WE YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW ITS MORE DANGEROUS FOR US BUT REDUCES THE THEFT! One old considerate dude was able to do more than his whole family. Suggestion, go ask about customer and employee retention! Happy employees won't let people steel from you if there's a mutual caring THATS A TWO WAY SYREET! BUNCH OF SPOILED BRATS. You could sale twice as much if you would invest 15% more into your staff. Basic! Get a min.wage job & learn business. Oh i wasn't aware of just how discontent I was.

I had heard produce was improved at Walmart, so I purchased 2 lb container of strawberries 2 days ago, washed them today (stored in refrigerator) and about 1/3 were moldy or too soft, squishy. So disappointing.

I had grocery pick up and waited 2 hours without ever receiving groceries. I checked in on line. There were 2 associates who checked with me after I arrived and I called customer service for pick up who said they would check on order. 1 hour of waiting was for storm and I can understand that but customers who arrived after me were receiving orders. I left without my order. It made a very long day- I worked 9-5 and went straight to Walmart for my groceries and got home at 7:30 pm with no groceries and no dinner.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I was disappointed to see groups of 2 workers just hanging out visiting together, no recognition of the customers around. Maybe on their break, but if so why would there be 6 people just standing in the isles, not in break room? I eventually found someone who looked like she could be bothered for my question. CUSTOMER SAFETY: *Entry - For the third straight time there was no cleaner for the carts or hands. *Exit - The self-service line was wayyyy down the aisle (at least 10 - 12 people deep). It appeared that a fight was ensuing, so I went to the opposite end and prayed for calm. As it seemed to escalate I began to look for a way out; there was no way out except through. I asked the counter associate what other exits were available and he quickly and curtly stated, "nope, there is only one exit. That's the Walmart way." I have never felt this unsafe in any store in my life. While other stores are wiping down the belts after every shopper this store has things dirty, disorganized and generally unsafe. I'm choosing to shop elsewhere for everything, even if I have to wait for amazon delivery of some items.

It's time for Walmart to rescind their temporarily return policy. Now they're considering trash bags in the same vein as cleaning fluids/supplies. Business is reopening and it's time Walmart get current with their policies.

Not too big on Wallyworld these days during the covid 19 outbreak. Yes...they're useful. Yes...they're convenient. Yes...they can be OKish sometimes. Yes...they're one of the only options around that many of us can use. Those are the benefits and those are also the problems, especially right now. The company (like most) cares more about money than their customers. I'm just going to copy and paste what I already wrote on Google reviews about what's been happening. I'm "GASHUBOY" on there: "During "better times", aka pre-corona virus, the 9-Mile store is OK. They usually are fairly decently stocked and the store is maintained in an acceptable way. Just like any store anywhere, you have some amazing and thoughtful employees and some that couldn't care less if you left the store and died. That's fine and...normal in a sad way. My problem is with some of the "customer service" department and the warehouse folks who handle the online stuff. I know we're in rough times right now but they have started to get funky. Starting in late March and early April: They sent things like our 20 pound bag of bug poison in the same box as food items and supplements. One of those items was a bag of ground flax seed which looks exactly like the bug poison. Got a refund for that no problem. Several other shipments after that were still packed badly with items put together that shouldn't be and BADLY cushioned. Caused some damage. I had to get multiple refunds and that worked OK until they stopped responding and dealing with the problems. The last problem, some dented cans, they just sent a useless form letter. Can't bring stuff back to the store because I can't go out due to a prediabetes risk factor. Sigh. Update 5-5-2020: Walmart continues to send dented cans. Also sent a ripped open bag of cough drops-- the outer shipping box was fine on most orders. Still making it pretty much impossible to contact them online to deal with ANY problems. They doing this deliberately??? You also can't leave honest or complete feedback about anything (items, condition, etc.) on Walmart.com. They will either NOT publish your review or they edit it harshly. Anyone surprised? Glad you can HONESTLY leave feedback on here. Not that they care. Update 5-14-2020: Ordered 7 more cans of chicken to prep for coronavirus wave 2. Almost all of them were deeply dented. They give you the option to go into chat with someone now. The wait is usually an hour or more. Was writing this while waiting in chat btw. Finally got somebody to reply-- YAAAAAAY! Update post chat: USELESSSSSS!!!! They required me to send back the dented stuff. Needed to repackage the stuff and print out a label which I couldn't because if NO printer. OR...I could go out and take it back to the store...during the corona outbreak. Thanks Malfart! Here to make life better for allllll of us during these troubled times."

I ordered something online around a week ago. It says item was sent out the following morning from Marrietta, Ga. I live about 45 minutes east of there so I thought it would arrive quickly. However after receiving no updates for 6 days I finally got an update that my item was marked as accepted by USPS in Columbus, Ohio. Still waiting to receive it but not sure why they had to send it all the way up to Ohio when it was already so close to where I live. Seems like a waste of resources on top of being annoying.

I ordered groceries online from the la cholla store and the substitutions were not all what I wanted but I took them because there was so little of anything. The fruit that was picked out for me was past being edible. I was in the store recently and I forgot my receipt and the person helping out in self checkout was very rude. I will not be shopping in the store or ordering food from there again. Also the website is not updated accordingly, especially toilet paper, none whatsoever in the store but online there was some listed as in store purchase only. when I got there, the shelves were completely empty.
