“Walmart.com is most of the time a problem. I have used this site to order several times over the last few years and there is always some kind of problem with it. Most of the time the prices are higher on the site than in the stores. The support for the site is about as good as the folks who work customer service in the stores. The prices in the stores are very good though. They just need to work on their site to get it running smoothly.”

“People were turned away @6:00pm at the pharmacy when they needed their medication !! What is a few minutes of their time .”

“Their "2 day shipping" is really 5 days. Everything comes seperated instead of one order (wasteful). I switched to Amazon.”

“I love Wal-Mart but I won't be ordering anything over $25. It's too hard to return if for some reason you need to return. Amazon has it going on. They help you return an item know that you I'll be shopping there again.”

“Never have a stocked store. Employees are rude. I started shopping their to save money but I am going to start going to may local retailer because the have what I need and their employees are friendly and helpful. I guess I don't mind paying a little more for this kind of service.”

“I never received my package. Non-delivery due to FedEx problem. I called to get a refund and was told it would take a week. It has been over a month and still nothing. I was also told that site-to-store was an option for my purchase but it was not.”
