Multiple orders messed up in a row before Corona chaos even started. Items missing from deliveries, cancellations not being processed AT ALL, being given the WRONG information, incorrect orders made over the phone (having item numbers, like other companies with common sense, WOULD help) and having to double as a cashier without getting paid. A friendly persona doesn't make up for incompetence or inefficiency. This used to be my favorite store. WTH happened?!

Ordering from Walmart.com is a roll of the dice. If it's from walmart itself you're probably ok. If it's from a reseller good luck. My orders usually get stuck in processing until I cancel order. Really frustrating but walmart doesn't care. Use Paypal so you have another way to get your money back.

I have been a long time supporter of Walmart. Yesterday my 2 children surprised me with 2 new gift request. 1st was Rainbowsix seige (on line for 31.00 and some change). The other is a spiderman lego set (online for $69.00 and change) I attempted to buy online for store pickup and realized I forgot my walmart account password. So I went in and purchased them. The upsetting part is that Rainbow six seige costs $19.99 in store and $39.00 in store. I now see walmart is totally screwing customers over for shopping online during the holiday season. I will try to take more business to companies that choose to be a little more honest with their loyal customers.

The cashiers have been rude the last dozen times I've been in there and I am getting a little irritated on how they insist that a hand gun license is not a form of ID.Thats exactly what it is;state issued, same info. It's used for All the same things. If I continue to have problems with it, I'll just stop shopping there all together. It's rediculous.

They don’t tell you that alcohol is not returnable. Purchased Christmas gifts. The price said $15. Got home they charge was $20. Only 2 bottles. I will still ship Walmart. I will never purchase alcohol again from Walmart as I presently do weekly. Cheers!

I used the online ordering at Walmart for store pickup. Needed luggage locks for a trip the following day. Placed order just before noon and expected a quick turn around (like I get from BestBuy online for a store pickup), but the message from Walmart was that my order would be ready by 8pm that night. I waited until 9 pm and still no email that my order was ready. Drove down to the store and found none of the types I order with the luggage items. Went back to hardware dept and found many there and also on the end cap of isle L3. Guess employ could not find them in Luggage Dept and just gave up. Not sure why they could not find them if I could. Ended up canceling online order. Master Lock Padlock 4688T Set Your Own Combination TSA Accepted Cable Luggage Lock, 1-3/16 in. Wide, Assorted Colors, 2 Pack Price$12.84

I've shopped at Walmart for years, my go to store. But I am getting very frustrated each time I shop. People are stocking the shelves and blocking the aisles, making it hard to navigate around them and other shoppers. Can't people be hired to do this after hours or later at night? They have discontinued many products I have always purchased there, forcing me to make other store stops. But my biggest pet peave is there are Never enough cashier Lanes open, leading me to believe that they are forcing us to wait in line for a very long time or do it ourselves at the self checkout. Which I don't mind most of the time with fewer items, but Not a full cart. I'm afraid that this is not fair to their employees who may be forced to working less hours? I don't think 3 Lanes open with 5 carts or more in each, is good business for supporting shoppers or employees. I also hope this isn't leading to do it yourself being the norm. I'm getting to the point that I may decide its not worth the savings and go somewhere where customers are worth waiting on.

We live in Glendale, Az where the summers are very hot. I don't know what has happened to our Walmart (79th ave and Peoria Ave) but it is so hot in the store it is uncomfortable. I feel so sorry for the staff that has to work there. Not only do they have low pay and not enough hours to but now they have to work in sub-par conditions. I limit the time I go in there now. It is a shame that Walmart does not take care of it's employees. One even told me they don't even get recognized anymore. Is this a matter of Corporate greed? I suspect so.

For all the stocking Wal Mart seems to do Sunday Eve. around 5 pm was bad experience. No rye bread of any kind. Very rare to find NY Rye... no cinnamon raisin bagels..no organic skim milk..no butt wipes in the plastic containers...and the wet cat foods are ALWAYS messed up. There was no italian creamer for coffee and no light roast coffee of any kind in the pods.

And besides all the cashiers most any how are taken out. Seniors want to be waited on and personal help. Seniors are going in hords to other major grocery stores in town. Everyone was upset and this is not the first time, You can fell the tension when you walk in the door. I'm sorry I'm taking my business else where. The Deli is deplorable.

Horrible customer service at the Joliet location on Jeffferson. Waiting in line to make a return and it took nearly 15 minutes just for a cashier to come to the service desk

I went to Walmart Customer Service today to load my Go Bank credit card with money to pay a bill. I had loaded it twice at the same store. I bought the card because it say. "if you load the card at Walmart there is on load fee. I give my card and the amount of money loaded and the clerk charges me $3.74. I told her the card said no charge she begins to smerk and says nothing but holds her hand out for $3.74. I pay the amount go to see manager told her what happened. she says I have to talk to the Company. How can we put cameras for people not to steal and close our eyes to our stealing. I guess retired soldiers do not have rights.

My Walmart in Vestal NY cannot keep up with the supple and demand. There is always many empty shelves and some of things I regularly buy I don't see for weeks. I go different days and it's still the same. It's very discouraging not to be able to buy what I need.

They allow their employees to loudly announce their dislike towards you in front of you. When complaining about the rude behavior, manager simply shrugged.

I was with my daughter and grandkids she had a flat tire while she was getting some help a young man came out of the garage and shouted, that's not a parking place. Not can I help you. He had a very bad aditud. I am thankful for the the young man that was helping my daughter he was great. I tried calling the store manager they would not pick up the phone. It only takes 1 bad Apple to get the word out. Don't go to this store. That boy needs to not work with the public. Has made it clear he does not want to help anyone but him self. I hope that the rest of the experience for my daughter went better. The simple words. HOW CAN I HELP YOU. goes a long way.

Walmart.com is most of the time a problem. I have used this site to order several times over the last few years and there is always some kind of problem with it. Most of the time the prices are higher on the site than in the stores. The support for the site is about as good as the folks who work customer service in the stores. The prices in the stores are very good though. They just need to work on their site to get it running smoothly.
