“I went here to purchase Mildew Stain Remover for my boat. I could only find the "West Marine". brand and it was $19.00! I thought this seemed ridiculously expensive so when I got home I looked on line. The mildew stain removers ranged from $3.00 to $12.00. Many of the very cheap ones had excellent review scores. Every time I go into West Marine, I feel like every thing there is twice as expensive as anywhere else.”

No tracking on orders, no follow through in customer service department, lost orders, have yet to receive a callback from anyone working my case after dealing with over 10 people. At the local level you just get the run around because corporate treat them the same. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN AVERY ORIFIC YOU HAVE. It seems that it doesn’t bother them that their CS sucks with no attempt in to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers who spend their hard earned money with this company.”
“I'm tired of West Marine advertising discounts or rebates that are a come on. Read the fine print, anything good is exempt from the discount. You walk into the store, get to the check out only to find what you is not eligible for the discount. It's a come on just to get you in the store”
“Poor poor service no confirmation of order. No shipping date, called customer service long hold time. She said I will send a confirmation right out and got nothing. Tried canceling order they could not do that.”
“Ordered a couple very important and needed products. Didn't get a shipping confirmation for days. Tried to cancel the order but after several failed attempts to contact somebody there (they don't answer the phone, or their customer service chat) I finally got through to a supervisor and she said they could not guaranty cancellation! I already re-ordered and recived the products from Amazon. I will never do business with West Marine again ever ever everrrrrrrrr!”
“Order was supposed to be delivered to store 7 to 10 days. I called store after 10 days and they told me it just got processed the day before. Waited total of 19 days and I still had to call store to check. They told me they haven't unloaded truck from day before and they didn't have invoice for products on the truck??? They called me back 8 hours later and told me it was the last box they unloaded. Yeah right. Picked it up and no apology or anything.”
