“Excellent service. Would happily recommend them or buy from them again. The delivery team were on the doorstep (in the country near Stratford upon Avon) by about 0720 (and we were their second delivery!). Haven't slept on the sofa bed yet, but as sofa it is just what we we needed and a fine piece of furniture. We are very pleased.”

“Very helpful staff in the Chiswick showroom, given fabric samples to look at at home which did confirm the choices I'd made. Customer services on the phone really helpful, friendly and accommodating trying to find a delivery date and time to best suit me. The delivery team arrived promptly, reassured me there was no problem getting the sofa bed through a fairly narrow doorway, assembled it and showed me how it all worked in about half an hour. The sofa bed is ideal in size, shape, colour and comfort so absolutely delighted. Really cannot fault a seamless team effort from start to finish!”

“Easy to order online, which was followed up by a phone call to confirm all the details. The sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great & the two men who delivered it were exceptionally helpful and friendly, showing exactly how to use the sofa bed and giving advice along the way. We ordered the memory foam mattress which is really comfy. We would order from them again!”

“I found the lady (Ros) , in the showroom in Chiswick, extremely helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me , finding the right sofa, the right mattress, the right fabric for my particular needs. She was interested in sending me away with what I wanted , however long it took. She could not have been more helpful in spite of the fact there were other people waiting to for her time and expertise. I was also impressed with the delivery service when I had to change a delivery time and ask for them to be particularly helpful with a time slot as the sofa was for my 90 year old father. They were charming and flexible both on the phone and in person.”

“Delivery was excellent- arrived at time stated, very courteous delivery men. They placed furniture in desired room, took all packaging away and demonstrated how to use the furniture. The furniture was even better than I expected from the website. It is a very sturdy chair bed and adds to the room. Very pleased with the buy as well as the whole buying service. Would definitely recommend Willow and Hall.”

“Fantastic customer service. Great product. The sofabed is very well made and sturdy. The bed itself is as good as a regular bed (we went for the memory foam option), surprisingly thick mattress for a sofabed as well. Overall we are very impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend.”
