“Absolutely fabulous. Lovely sofa delivered a year ago. I recently ordered a replacement cushion due to a spillage accident. Perfect replacement delivered and very efficient service. Highly recommend”

“Friendly staff, very helpful on both occasions we visited. They took time to explain the sofas and gave us demonstrations with no rush - pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Professional approach from all concerned, including the delivery team who were courteous and well presented, and also gave us a demonstration, again in a relaxed helpful manner.”

“We ordered a loveseat sofa bed online. It was easy to choose the style and fabric from a wide selection. We were sent a fabric swatch a few days later. The sofa bed arrived about 10 weeks later which was fine. It had been custom made and was well worth the wait. It is of high quality and the bed mechanism is simple and smooth. We are very happy with the product and glad we chose Willow and Hall over a larger company.”

“I had contacted them by phone requesting a Skype showroom visit and was impressed by their helpfulness. I quickly received free samples of fabrics by the post and the video link went well. I popped into the showroom a month or so later and the lady was really helpful and friendly. Not making me feel under pressure nor ignoring me when another customer came in despite knowing that I would not be buying that day as I had completely changed my mind and had to go re measure. When I ordered it was done really quickly and the process explained well. It was delivered on time and the delivery men were excellent and got it all sorted. Tye sofabed was just as i ordered and was really comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
