“Easy to order single sofa bed and received follow up call the next day. Delivery was on scheduled date and delivery men were courteous and helpful. Would definitely buy from Willow and Hall again.”

“Just wanted to say how delighted I am with our new sofabed. I was a little uncertain about making an "online only" purchase, but the whole experience couldn't have been better - the website is well designed and easy to use, I was sent several lots of swatches really quickly (I couldn't make up my mind about colour or material) and then the sofa bed was delivered in 2 weeks when I was expecting it to take 4. Your delivery men were great; rang to arrange a convenient delivery time, turned up on time and put the sofabed in the (first floor) room, unpacked it and showed me how the mechanism worked. All in all, a great experience.”

“Excellent service, good sound advice for an owner of 2 cats on which material would be resilient to their tender touch! Excellent quality, comfortable and meets our family?s needs. Live in the north of England, Not seen the product in the showroom but it is as on the website. Thanks”

“It was a pleasure to deal with Willow and Hall. They were courteous and helpful at all times. The staff were very polite when we phoned and we had every confidence in them. The sofa bed was delivered around two weeks before the scheduled date and the delivery men were quick, competent and again knew what they were doing when they set up the sofa bed. We would definitely recommend Willow and Hall to friends and relations.”

“My husband and I have been so impressed with Willow and Hall and would highly recommend this company to anyone. The staff were fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our two sofa's. The team in the Chiswick showroom were very knowledgeable, the customer services staff very helpful, and the delivery men were so friendly. We will not hesitate to use W & H in the future.
