“Warm welcome when we arrived including proper tea in a china cup! Helpful all the way through the sales process & just did what they promised to, when it was promised. Great quality product, too - being able to bespoke our sofa bed was really great, perfect for our needs.”

“Everything was perfect but when the sofa bed was delivered, the gentleman didn't mention we needed an alan key to put the bed together which meant we spent a lot of unnecessary time assembling it.”

“We decided and purchased online. After this we were contacted to be asked if we had ordered a material sample before the purchase. We hadn't and one arrived soon afterwards - we were happy with it. The delivery and installation was problem free.”

“I had contacted them by phone requesting a Skype showroom visit and was impressed by their helpfulness. I quickly received free samples of fabrics by the post and the video link went well. I popped into the showroom a month or so later and the lady was really helpful and friendly. Not making me feel under pressure nor ignoring me when another customer came in despite knowing that I would not be buying that day as I had completely changed my mind and had to go re measure. When I ordered it was done really quickly and the process explained well. It was delivered on time and the delivery men were excellent and got it all sorted. Tye sofabed was just as i ordered and was really comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
