“They arrived when they said they would. They carried out the delivery and installation quickly and efficiently and with complete courtesy. The explanation of the workings of the sofa bed was clear.”

“Cannot speak highly enough of the Showroom team and in particular Kelly. Very glad that I made the 3 hour journey to visit, if you can it is worth the day out and lots of lovely options in Chiswick for lunch or coffee whilst mulling over your decision.”

“Congratulations on your five star service. The staff whom I had occasion to speak to were very knowledgeable,. extremely polite, helpful and very obliging. I would criticise one thing - it is very alarming when by reply to an email the line "we have cancelled your order"comes up - and this could be in reply to giving the code for a percentage off or merely to correct one's surname - I know the order is recovered by another email - but this can be a different number and date to an order. A minor thing to you - but to an "ancient" like me - very alarming. However, I would certainly recommend you and your goods.”

“Very helpful staff on the phone and in the showroom. I ordered the sofa instead of sofa bed from the website by mistake and only realised when item delivered. It was no problem to return the sofa and exchange it for the sofa bed which is being made at the moment. The delivery company was very good and arranging a time for delivery and then collection of the wrong item was very easy. Looking forward to receiving the replacement.”
