“The entire service was exceptional, from web through to delivery. The team even called us to tell us they were sending a fabric swatch so we knew what we were getting despite us just ordering online. The delivery team were so professional and friendly. They showed us how to operate the sofa bed, they even took all the packaging with them, leaving my room just nicely set up. It was entirely hassle free and their customer journey is perfect!”

“Quick and efficient but a little confusing. After ordering received a swatch of fabric and directions to place our order. Great idea to send swatch after ordering in case of error however should change leaflet sent with it in cases where order already placed.”

“An excellent service from start to finish. We live on an island off the west coast of Scotland and find it difficult to buy online because no-one delivers here or if they do they charge exorbitant prices. Willow and Hall arranged to have our sofa bed delivered to a location where we could pick it up with minimum fuss paying the standard delivery charge. Great credit to them and to the delivery drivers. The sofa bed is exactly what we wanted. It not only is robust and well made but is comfortable and looks very good. We are very pleased with our. choice of fabric.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end. Staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable and helpful, and we appreciated that they gave us time and space to make our decision. Ordering online was very straightforward - it's an excellent website - and delivery was efficient and courteous. The Langridge is comfortable and elegant, and I love the Ink colour (House Wool). The three-seater provides a bed that is almost a full double size and I recommend the memory foam mattress. I won't be looking anywhere else if I need another sofa bed in the future and would highly recommend Willow & Hall to anyone looking for a sofa bed now!”

“From order to delivery, process was excellent. Furniture arrived sooner than expected and, as promised,was delivered to room of choice despite some difficult stairs to manoeuvre. Quality of furniture is excellent to overall very pleased”
