“W&H have service far beyond their competitors. We unfortunately had to return our sofa as it didn't work in our lounge. W&H took it back for free which Im sure many companies wouldn't do. They also have a nice small company feel. Thoroughly recommend”

“After doing a lot of research on 'high end' sofa beds we decided that Willow and Hall sofa beds stood out from the crowd. Right from the beginning from easy navigation on the website, the lovely free fabric sample pack sent swiftly through the post to the great communication letting us know when delivery would take place. The delivery men were great, out hallway was a bit tight and awkward and although we opted not to have the removable arms on the sofa after a couple of attempts the men had been able to manoeuvre the sofa through the door into the lounge. They then went on to explain clearly and concisely how to safely open up and put away again the sofa bed. All in all an excellent service from Willow and Hall”

“The suite was delivered within a month. It was well packed and protected. The delivery men were smart in appearance, very thoughtful and friendly and they respected our home. Every piece of packing was taken away and the suite was put in the right position in our lounge. The suite is perfect.”

“The very best customer service we've experienced in some considerable time, from providing swatches of material, to response to queries right through to delivery. Having previously owned a Wesley Barrell sofa bed we compared Willow & Hall's price and specification with their's - Willow & Hall won hands down!!”
