“The showroom and website are both excellent and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was on time and the guys were very efficient and put my sofabed together and made sure I know how to pull it out.”

“Best service ever. Offered complete refund within 2 weeks of receipt of sofa to guarantee product quality. John Lewis wouldn't even refund if it didn't fit through the door. Highly recommend and won't bother looking elsewhere for a decent sofa and service”
