“We visited the showroom initially but ended up making the purchase online a few weeks later. The care and attention to detail we received after we made the purchase was great, someone rang up the next day to run through all of the order details and to explain the hand making process, we spoke to the team a few more times in the lead up to the delivery and they were always very polite and helpful. I would recommend trying to take the first delivery slot they offer as their schedule seems to get booked up very fast and you may not get another slot immediately, wasn't an issue for us and happy to wait but if you are in a rush be prepared to move your calendar around and take some time off work as the timeslots seem to mostly be within the working day.”

“I was received well in the store and the assistant was extremely helpful in my choice. All the information given to me was accurate, including times, delivery, etc. Everything went according to plan for delivery and set up. Really, I cannot fault it.”

“However.. I really wish it was clear that the sofa bed would arrive in one piece. This made it impossible to take upstairs. We ordered it with removable arms and assumed it would arrive as such. Apart from that..all fabulous.”
