“I thought the service was excellent.The sofa bed was explained to us as were the fabric options we could choose. I had already sent for the samples which came by return post but it was good to see the whole range in store. We were told about the various fabrics and we never felt we were rushed.”

“Willow & Hall were recommended to me, I saw the product before I bought through a friend, a well made attractive quality product and I would recommend. the delivery was on time, the item was placed in the room, all packaging was removed, delivery drivers were polite and careful. had friends stay at the weekend to try out the sofa bed and they had a brilliant nights sleep. so thank you”

“Very helpful & friendly when I phoned for some advise, I was amazed & delighted how quick the sofa's where from time of order to delivery! The two guys who delivered the sofa's where very patient & friendly. We wish them Both all the best with their new addition to their families!”

“Very helpful and informative at the time of purchase taking the time to discuss the options available to us and delivery logistics of getting the items into the house. The delivery guys were brilliant, happy to go the extra mile in taking the items next door and through the rear garden into our rear garden and into the house. Couldn't be more helpful, polite and very efficient in putting the sofa together and taking care not to bring mud into the house. Very happy and not a bad thing to say!”

“The beautiful sofabed arrived quickly and expertly installed. As a spare bed in a relatively small room , it is ideal for guests and also doubles as a comfortable sofa. It was purchased online after initially receiving swatches. Customer service was excellent and we were especially delighted with the price and free delivery”

“Delivery drivers were the best I have known even asked for a mat in case their feet were dirty before coming in the house. Only small improvement would have been some communication on progress of order. Had to phone for information and would have preferred a text - e-mail with updates.”
