“Very nice sofa! Great quality, firm but comfortable. We took off the cushions either side to have more room on our 3 seater sofabed. It look great and feels lovely to sit on. Delivery went without a hitch, too. Can't fault the service.”

“Having brought a sofa bed from Bentalls which was returned due to the shoddy way it was made & the broken frame & terrible delivery service, Williow & Hall ticked all the boxes from being in the showroom to delivery. W & H arrived with everything covered & a brace keeping the frame square. The chaos then set the bed part into the frame for you & demonstrated how it worked. Really happy!”

“From the moment we have ordered the sofa bed and bed the customer service was excellent. They called to confirm the order let us know about delivery. On the day the delivery team were courteous and professional calling to let us know they were on the way. It's great to support British companies. The quality is great. Very happy.”

“Outstanding customer service! I loved the personal touch; a phone call to check that I was happy with my order and a sample delivered quickly - thought the tea bag in the same was hilarious! Delivery was exceptionally easy, well probably not for the delivery men who delivered the sofa up four flights of stair!”
