“Flawless. From managing the initial order and fabric swatch to delivery and set-up. The sofabed is fantastically comfortable and looks fabulous, too. I would recommend Willow and Hall to anyone ? and, in fact, I already have!”

“Very good service from order thru' delivery. Special mention to the delivery team who were in and out in no time. They sited it exactly where we wanted it, gave a helpful demo and took all the packaging materials with them. All in the price!”

“From the placing of the order to delivery the service was excellent. Willow and Hall phoned to double check our order and the delivery was received ahead of the promised time. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful, even at 6.30 am when we elected to receive our chair. All in all a first- class company with which to do business.”

“As I was buying a sofa bed online, I did a lot of research into quality and comfort, and Willow and Hall came out top- I wanted extra reassurance and advice to called my order in, and had a very helpful and knowledgeable young man help me. Delivery was prompt and they were able to get the sofa in the room without a scratch- it's gorgeous- great material, shape and superb finish and quality- a very solid, long lasting purchase!”

“The staff in the show room and also on the telephone were really friendly and helpful. The delivery men were great and showed me how to work the sofa bed mechanism. I'm very pleased with both the sofa bed and the footstool.”

“Great service - they contacted me for updates as my sofa was being made. The delivery of my beautiful new sofa was smooth. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to get it down the steps to my basement flat, but everything went well without a hitch!”

“Easy to order online, which was followed up by a phone call to confirm all the details. The sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great & the two men who delivered it were exceptionally helpful and friendly, showing exactly how to use the sofa bed and giving advice along the way. We ordered the memory foam mattress which is really comfy. We would order from them again!”

“When visiting in store staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Ordering over the phone was easy and quick and due to a free slot my sofa even arrived earlier than estimated. All in all a super positive experiende, I have been recommending them to friends”
