“Received my sofa bed last week via contactless delivery. Service was excellent in current situation and the sofa bed is perfect. Faultless service and product. Thank you. A very nice treat in lockdown!”

“Had a great experience with Willow and Hall. Sofa and matching sofa bed arrived on time just before lock down. Well made and the velvet fabric is lovely and handling my pet dogs sitting on the sofa regularly with no issues. Delighted with my purchase.”

“Lovely sofabed, excellent quality, and the price extremely competitive. The fact that this is made in England, not China feels good, too. Willow & Hall's returns policy has the edge over other stores, where a similar price sofa is made in China and the returns policy is summed up in the small print as: "We don't care if it fits through the front door, you bought it- you deal with it". In other words, we did not want to buy from other shops that would have left us with a non-returnable sofa outside our house, once it is "not in the original packaging." No such nonsense at Willow & Hall, instead you can change your mind about the sofa and they will take it back. This returns policy gave us the confidence to spend the money, and we were not disappointed.We chose the option of removable arm rests, to make sure it fits through the door. Lovely customer service from first contact to fabric samples sent, to delivery, assembly and pick-up of old sofa on the day. Have had guests sleeping on our new sofabed (with memory foam mattress) and they call it "luxurious". Beat that. :-)”

“From the moment of our first visit and the endless hours we spent selecting our furniture, this has been a very positive experience. We bought one sofa, one bed settee and an ottoman. We had to change the fabric on the ottoman and there were some finger marks on the sofa, However the ottoman was exchanged and a upholstery cleaning company cleaned the finger marks in no time at all. We are very happy bunnies and recommended you to many friends, Thank you.”

“Fantastic company with outstanding customer service. Beautiful products available with a great range of fabrics & sizes to choose from. Iíve been particularly impressed by their flexibility in terms of time frames for having products made & delivered. “A very helpful website, which gives confidence in placing an order. The order was delivered on time at about 0715 to our address (in the Midlands countryside) by two very friendly and helpful guys, who demonstrated how the sofa bed works, and made sure we could do it ourselves before they left. No mess. We are happy to warmly recommend this company to anyone.”
