“We visited your lovely showroom to try the sofabed,and the whole experience from choosing,ordering and taking delivery,was outstanding. Wish more companies were like Willow and Hall. The delivery team were just brilliant too. Well done!”

“A great service from start to finish. Fabric samples arrived quickly, I was able to ask questions on-line and anyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. I am also confident that should a problem arise in the future they would try to help solve it efficiently.”

“Great product, helpful staff in showroom and smooth delivery. The only thing that went wrong was W&H messed up the firtst delivery date, but they rebooked for the following day so it was not a big problem.”

“The service received was excellent. A phone call to confirm the order, and the 3 week delivery was to the exact date, brilliant as we had guests arriving the following day I was banking on it! Delivery was easy, up to the room and with a demonstration. Cant fault the service.”

“The customer service was above and beyond. My initial sofa choice could not get into my London flat, so they helped me find one that does and I am really happy with my final sofa - it is perfect! Everyone I came across was really friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends.”

“We were delighted by the whole buying process (once we found the new showroom - more obvious signage please!) Service was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good range of sofa beds, mattresses and fabrics on display. The delivery men were equally excellent - efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend Willow and Hall to friends .”

“From start to finish I cannot fault the service we received from Willow and Hall. Although we live in Hampshire we visited the showroom to look at the products. We were talked through all the products and materials by a very knowledgeable gentleman. We ended up selecting a completely different corner sofa and ottoman to the ones we had gone to look at. We did not order there and then but waited a few weeks until there was a sale. We ordered online which was very easy, the website was very user friendly. There was a follow up phone call from W&H to check the order. The next thing was a phone call to arrange delivery. The delivery was very flexible, we had to wait a few weeks to get a suitable date but there was no rush at our end. The delivery men were brilliant. Very pleasant and polite. They assembled the sofa in the room and removed all of the packaging. We have had the sofa and ottoman for about a month now and we are really pleased with it. We would recommend Willow and Hall to anyone - Fantastic products and service!”

“Fantastic customer service- we were welcomed into the showroom,cand whilst we had 90% made our minds up as to what to buy, the guidance of the showroom assistant was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The customer service team were very helpful in arranging our order, and the delivery team were on time, efficient and friendly.”
