“Very pleasant staff in the shop, went through the product thoroughly. Later the office staff were pleasant and efficient. Delivery was on time and very courteous service, clean and tidy (even put the door back on its hinges).”

“We required a sofa bed delivered in a very tough location and W&H did all they could to meet that requirement. The model we chose ended up being too difficult to get in so after much back and forth between customers services, logistics and me we went for another one which we are now absolutely delighted with. Great company to work with and great sofa-bad, the delivery team also deserve great recognition.”

“From the very first phone call staff were friendly, polite and helpful. They always did what they said they would do, and by when they said they would, except when it came to delivery when they did even better. There is an amazing choice of fabric and the free samples of my selections really helped to get it right. I?m so happy with my guest bed, it has helped me turn my spare bedroom into a comfortable sewing room.”

“This was the first purchase I made to furnish my first flat, everyone I spoke to made it a special and seamless experience. My sale ended up being delayed and they were very good about hanging onto my order and not adding any pressure to take the delivery, I had to pay a small fee to store it with them for a few weeks but well worth it!”
