“Good service starting with the samples of material, ordering & arrival of the Downton Sofa as promised on time. Sofa is very well made and good quality. The delivery men were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We did visit the showroom to decide on fabric (it does look very different in a large piece) and cushion fillings. Easy to order online and phone call from Willow & Hall to confirm - warn us that feather wrapped cushions would feel harder initially, and give expected delivery period. Email to tell us sofa made followed swiftly by call arranging delivery. Delivery by another company, but they were charming and efficient.”
