“The complete experience was as set out in the helpful booklet that we had at the beginning. Timing, quality, were all as anticipated. In addition, we had no unwelcome calls from your sales department as we were making our decision to buy. ( Other companies often do that.) In particular the delivery was exceptionally well done by two very pleasant and helpful delivery men.”

“Easy to use website. Staff when phoned were polite and helpful. Delivery was easy and the delivery-installers were great. The sofa bed is comfy and looks just as we wanted. The bed mechanism is easy to use and the mattress is awesome, a proper one. Very happy!”

“Easy to navigate and informative website enabling clear visualisation of what you want to buy - so important for these big purchases. Good communication, and delivery well within the lead time quoted by two pleasant and efficient guys who unpacked, placed and demonstrated how to operate the sofa bed with the minimum of fuss. They took all packaging away with them, too. Can't fault the service.”

“Fantastic showroom and staff. Ordered my sofa online and this was followed up with a confirmation phone call. Delivery guys were courteous and made sure to explain how the sofa bed opened-shut etc. I ordered arm caps retrospectively and although told they would take 2 weeks they were received in 1 week.”

“I was really impressed with the whole experience, from my initial inquiry and the helpful swatch collection which arrived the next day (the tea bag made me smile) to the moment when we sat on the settee which had been delivered on time and without fuss and looks and feels perfect. Thank you”
