“Telephone staff were friendly and very helpful and they remember who you are if you need to call again. Delivery staff were also excellent. Assembled the sofa and gave instructions on how to care for it. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Excellent service, advise, communication and delivery. I asked several questions before I purchased the Bishopstrow Chaise Storage Sofa Bed, each was answered with the information I needed. Delivery communication was regular and the delivery men were a delight!”

“The whole experience of buying has been excellent from visiting their marvellous showroom to being advised exactly when the furniture was being delivered. The joy of having such a good allocated time slot rather than the usual 'anytime between.....' splendid. The sofa bed is lovely and has been admired by everyone!”
