“The website and brochure were excellent but I really got a feel for the products by visiting their beautiful showroom in Chiswick. I had originally decided on a different sofa from the website but changed my mind when I actually sat on them”

“Very comfortable, cleverly-styled chesterfield modified to fit into smaller space, striking looks, good price, made and delivered in three weeks. Long enough to lie down on and proves highly comfortable. Short people may find it somewhat high and deep.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. The staff in the showroom were very helpful without being pushy & nothing was too much trouble. The sofa bed was ready within 4 weeks and the delivery men were very professional & we were informed of our delivery slot. The sofa itself looks great, still to try the bed”

“Willow and Hall made the whole process of buying a sofa bed as easy and straightforward as possible, from answering my initial questions over the phone to delivering the sofa bed upstairs via a difficult narrow staircase. Really good customer service, and recent guests tell us that the bed is very comfortable, too.”
