“The internet site is excellent and we knew what we wanted and how much it would cost before we went to the showroom to try it out for comfort. Everything we needed was on display at the showroom and the girl who attended to us was most helpful and friendly. She took her time with us, even providing a cup of tea.”

“I have to say I've had the most amazing experience with willow and hall! Megan was my contact in customer service and she was AMAZING! So so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always got back to me promptly. Megan really Helped with the delivery as I'm out of the country a lot and sorted everything out for me. I cannot recommend willow enough, thank u so much :-)”
