“The staff were very responsive and the ordering process very straight forward. i called twice to get an update on the delivery (as I had guests coming to stay and i was anxious to get the sofa ahead of their arrival) and the staff were at all times very helpful and called the depo to get a better idea of the delivery schedules so they could keep me updated. The sofa arrived in perfect condition three weeks and twio days after my order and I am very very please with it!”

“Willow & Hall are totally professional but are also charming and friendly in parallel. They are efficient but never brusque. And use technology the way that best suits their customers rather than drifting off towards geekiness. Others could learn a lot from them.”

“Great in store service, good product knowledge and given time to just sit and relax. Delivery staff were prompt and assembled the sofa bed on site. Sofa bed arrived 2-3 weeks earlier than anticipated which was great”

“From placing my order to delivery the service was amazing. I loved the fact there is so much choice in fabric, fillings etc. The most important point is I love my new sofa and would definitely order from willow and hall again, hopefully not too soon”
