“Willow and Hall's service is excellent. They double-checked to see if the item I had ordered would fit in the house. It wouldn't, but we worked that out before they sent it. I ordered something else (Appley) which is the easiest to get into small spaces. It felt reassuring to know that if they couldn't get an item into your house, they wouldn't charge you for it.”

“Excellent service from Willow and Hall. Delivery was a bit late and although had been advised of the need to ring for specific instructions( sat nav does not indicate where to access property) they did not have a mobile with them !! Luckily we saw them "looking" for us roadside and went to find them.”
