“Willow and Hall have been so very helpful in accommodating us while we wait for a new build apartment to be ready. We kept in touch with them to let them know our move date has been moved back twice and they have managed to put making the sofa on hold until we need it to be ready. The customer service has been brilliant and has meant we haven't had to have paid any extra fees for holding the sofa. Can't wait to try out the sofa now!”

“From ordering swatches to delivery service was impeccable. My neighbour kindly supervised delivery for us and she reported the delivery men were polite and tidy. The sofa was delivered in perfect condition. Very pleased with it. Have had the opportunity to mention W&H and have no hesitation in doing so. Thank you.”

“I always knew how my order was progressing. I felt it would have been easy to phone Willow and Hall if I had any questions. Sofa bed was delivered exactly when it was scheduled. My samples were delivered promptly and website information was very accessible. I?m sure that helped me to discuss my order in a clear manner.”
