“We are very pleased with the prompt friendly service,we visited the show room & all staff were very helpful. We plan on ordering another sofa later this year.? Also the sofabed came on time & the delivery men were excellent?.”

“We thought that the service we received was exceptional from the moment we placed our order for a sofa bed right through the whole process until we received it. We were sent a fabric swatch without asking for one and when we spoke to a member of the team in relation to our order we received professional guidance and a feeling that nothing would be too much trouble; such a refreshing approach to customer service. The delivery of our sofa arrived ahead of schedule which we were pleased about as we hoped to have it by Christmas. The delivery team were polite, professional and a true asset to the company. The whole experience was enjoyable and we will definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to others.”

“From beginning to end, as customers, we were their only concern! They were brilliant! We will use them again, of course, and we highly recommend them to anybody else! The only negative was the delivery timing. The drivers were being asked to do too much! Not a fault of W and H! - but the delivery company.”

“Generally a very nice experience - we visited their showroom in London, and had ample chance to get samples and consider all the options. Ordering was straightforward, they kept in close contact and delivery was faster than anticipated, and very professional. The sofa itself is lovely! Very pleased”
