“My ottoman arrived and it is really lovely. The delivery process was excellent - I had a slot of 7-10am and they called at 8.20 to say they were 20 mins away and arrived at 8.40 and were very courteous and helpful. I really appreciate the quality of service you have given. When I placed the order I didn't request a material sample. Someone called me to double check that I was happy about not seeing the material and sent a sample in anycase and advised me that if for any reason I didn't like it, just to let you know. The beautifully presented sample arrived within 2 days and although it was just what I had expected from your website, it was reassuring to have received it. Please thank the team there - the website is clear and easy to navigate, the sales team are thoughtful, proactive and a pleasure to talk to, the product is excellent quality and the delivery was smooth and completely un-frustrating (a rarity!) - so an all round positive and pleasant experience and I will be recommending you to friends and if I need anything else I will be sure to see if it is something you do before I go elsewhere. Thank you Alisoun”

“The whole experience from visiting the showroom and meeting the very helpful staff, choosing the fabric, purchasing the sofa then delivery has been effortless and faultless. The sofa arrived as expected on time and the delivery drivers went beyond call of duty to deliver the sofa into the room with tricky access. Will definitely be ordering when I am replacing my sofas soon.”
