“I honestly could not recommend Willow & Hall strongly enough. The website is fantastic and easy to use, they made a follow up call, and what's more, they managed to deliver a sofa to me in 3 weeks instead of the 6-8 weeks. The delivery team were superb, friendly and professional and were excellent and clear in demonstrating how the product should work.”

“I bought this a few months ago, when my current couch didn't fit in the entrance of my new place. Comfortable, good quality and well made. I love the depth and the way it looks in my living room. Mechanism is very well and the bed is easy the pull out. The delivery team was wonderful and the sofa fits perfectly. Selif”

“Excellent customer service from the outset. The showroom staff were helpful and the courtesy call after ordering was appreciated. Delivery was about 5 weeks after ordering and we were able to rearrange a time to suit us with just a 3 hour window which was great. Special thanks to the delivery staff who went above and beyond to get the sofa bed in through our narrow hallway!”
