“I loved working with W&H. I saw the sofas online and popped into the showroom in Chiswick and the team were super helpful. They helped me make some good choices as well as gave me some great practical advice. I had a challenge of getting the pieces through a narrow door, so I reached out to the support team at the head office and they were more than helpful to work out the logistics of getting the furniture into my home. Following their reassurance, I ordered two of the Gustard Sofa Beds in Matt Velvet - blue. They took 4 weeks to make and speeded up my delivery to work around my diary. So accommodating. The delivery team took every effort to place the pieces into the home with out damaging any of the walls or doors. They did a sterling job and demonstrated how to use the bed function. I'm so glad I chose W&H. The sofa beds look absolutely divine, they don't actually look like a clunky bed which is great. I've has so many wonderful compliments. They are simply beautifully made. I'd most certainly recommend the company and wouldn't hesitate to buy any further pieces from them. Great job!!!”

“Everything ran like clockwork - samples, order, call to confirm my order and delivery. I especially liked that the delivery team had me practice opening and closing the sofa bed and also told me things about taking care of the cushions. Really good.”

“Ordering was easy, product was fantastic and excellent quality and the delivery man was so helpful. Put the sofa bed exactly where we wanted it (upstairs) and demonstrated how the product worked. Could not have been a more perfect purchase.”

“I was really pleased with my whole experience with Willow and Hall. The website was really helpful and easy to use. The samples I requested came promptly and helped me to decide on my product. I am really pleased with the sofa bed which was ready ahead of time and the delivery was on time and the delivery man most helpful. All in all an excellent experience.
