“Excellent web site that allows you to play with colours and design. Showroom was great .... Had all designs to look at and sit on trying different cushions and mattresses. Large pieces of fabric available to choose the colour. Sales staff knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Felt the whole experience was personal”

“Very good all round from product, through to service, installation and use-care instructions. Only slight niggle is the texture description of the fabrics, one described online as soft could almost be graded on a sandpaper scale, would recommend checking fabrics in store rather than online.”

“Chair bed was delivered within the stated time. The delivery men were excellent taking the time to show how the product worked and taking all the packaging away. I could not have been more pleased. I would certainly recommend willow and hall.”

“I had a little trouble with the web site when ordering but had excellent service when I phoned. The sofa bed arrived before Christmas, as promised. I cant't thank the delivery men enough. The item was too large for either the front or back door so they had to take it apart outside and then reassemble inside. All completed with efficiency and cheerfulness.”
