“Really awesome, friendly, quick and no fuss. From the visit to the show room in chiswick, to the ordering, to the quick confirmation phone calls and the delivery-installers. All people from Willow and Hall that I interfaced with at all stages were really great and friendly and helpful. Really wonderful.”

“Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful an courteous on the phone, and delivery guys friendly and helpful. We had to send our first sofa-bed back as we'd miscalculated and the delivery guys couldn't get the sofa bed up the stairs. No problem, they took the sofa back with no quibbles (or charges) and we ordered a replacement with removable arms for easier access. We're really pleased with it. Highly recommended - not the cheapest on the market, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality (we ordered a three-seater sofa bed), choice (you can customise pretty much everything from cushions to mattress to fabric), and customer service.”

“From my first visit to the Chiswick showroom to the delivery of my sofa bed I have been very impressed by Willow and Hall. The showroom staff know their products and the delivery team were punctual, efficient and friendly. I particularly liked having large swatches of fabric to drape over the display sofa to get a proper idea of how the different colours look. It was reassuring to know that I could return the sofa within two weeks if I had made a mistake in my choice.”

“Paid extra for removable arms but wasnt needed Delivery company didnt show us though how to remove arms thiugh They managed to squeeze sofa bed through door frames with packaging removed Apart from that your goods seem excellent so far”

“Good communication from the office from the start and throughout and an excellent service on the delivery day. I am very pleased with the sofa bed and it's use was demonstrated clearly to me on delivery. The delivery men were courteous and helpful and called en route to confirm arrival time”
