“Everything worked as it should do, but rarely does these days. The staff in the shop in Chiswick were really helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering online was very straightforward. The delivery came as promised after 4-5 weeks. The sofas are great. I?m so glad I bought from you. Thank you.”

“Delivery was excellent- arrived at time stated, very courteous delivery men. They placed furniture in desired room, took all packaging away and demonstrated how to use the furniture. The furniture was even better than I expected from the website. It is a very sturdy chair bed and adds to the room. Very pleased with the buy as well as the whole buying service. Would definitely recommend Willow and Hall.”

“Everything was fantastic. We really liked the showroom. Very well set out and gave us a chance to see everything and make a very informed decision. The help was excellent in that they did not push us in any shape but were always ready to help. The samples also arrived very quickly”

“After ordering on line we had a call to confirm the details of our order and had a lovely chat with the lad who rang. Delivery dates were organised with ease. Very easy to order swatches too. All the information I needed was on the website. The delivery company however rang to say they would be an hr and were much longer. They were impatient on knocking and rapped on the window before I'd had chance to even stand up. When they had left I discovered a seat cushions to be extremely wet but they had still placed it downwards on the sofa wetting the base too. Willow and Hall apologised and no damage was done. 100% company but under par delivery.”
