“Willow & Hall from first contact through website and then going along to their showroom and final order and delivery - just reminded me of the old school serviced. Just excellent. Have already recommended W & H to my friends. First class.”

“We found the sales staff very helpful and accommodating. We were unable to get to the showroom but needed a sofa bed reasonably quickly. They provided lots of fabric samples and loads of information, were very patient and not at all pushy (terrific bonus) even though we had not ordered. After ordering they were in touch with timescales etc. The sofa was delivered on time, and with a good time slot, by to competent and cheerful deliverymen who had the whole thing assembled in about 20 mins. They demonstrated the bed mechanism and made sure that we understood that it would be a little fierce to start with. They also removed all packaging.”

“From point of ordering through to delivery couldn?t fault them. Ordered in the showroom and was served by Marco who was able to show me a lot of fabrics but we settled on a stain proof one as sofa will be in the play room.”

“It has been a long time since I have dealt with a company who take customers seriously and who do not drop the ball as soon as the purchase is made. Really helpful staff in store with very good product knowledge which I am very grateful for. I have never spent so much on furniture but am glad I spent my money with Willow and Hall and will do so again if I get the chance. Logistics were also on the ball and were able to accomodate unforseen changes at my end. Finally, delivery guys were fantastic. Friendly, efficient and patient while running through the demo. Very impressed. Thank you Willow and Hall!”
