“They were excellent throughout the buying process. The website was clear and easy to negotiate, and the day after we had ordered online we received a telephone call from a very courteous gentleman to confirm the order. We had plenty of notice of delivery and a three-hour delivery slot. The delivery guys rang us half an hour before arrival, brought the sofa bed in, set it up and demonstrated how it operated. We have since used it very successfully, so all round an unusually good buying experience. I would certainly recommend Willow and Hall to anyone looking to buy a sturdy sofa bed.”

“From the initial call to place my order to delivery customer service was excellent. I was given lots of help and advice on my choices, professional, friendly and with empathy. The delivery guys were the same . Not an easy place to deliver to , there were no grunts and groans , just smiles and humour and a long drive home . Bless them !!!”

“We went to showroom twice before purchasing and both times the service was extremely good and thorough with a lot of time devoted to us. The delivery was on time and handled expertly. I am delighted with the choice I made and it looks very elegant in my home. The mattress is really comfortable, affording my guests a very good night's sleep. I recommend Willow and Hall most highly.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our sofa bed. It looks great in our new garden room and will be put to good use by visiting family. From start to finish we have been very impressed with Willow and Hall - the staff are friendly, professional and know their product. The two men that delivered the sofa bed were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us.”

“Excellent service from W&H. Such straight forward ordering and short delivery time. Old settees were taken away, relief! Maybe a phone call post delivery would have been a personal touch, however no complaints at all.”
