“The whole experience went without hitch. The website was easy to navigate, the delivery took place as and when promised and the quality of the sofa bed was excellent. The sales team made contact a couple of times to confirm details which I thought was helpful as it gave confidence that they would be a reduced chance of problems downstream - which proved to be the case.”
