“From day one, Willow and Halls performance as far as keeping us informed and providing a convenient delivery time was exceptional. The delivery team were excellent and set the sofa bed up in the room as required and gave a comprehensive demonstration of how to operate it without trapping your fingers. All in all a first class service.”

“Their website was easy to use. They sent me samples as requested quickly in a great little box. The order process was really good, it was delivered within the time stated. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and demonstrated my new sofa bed. Overall extremely happy with the whole purchase experience”

“From the first point of contact the customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very patient, not pushy and made us feel that our needs were important. We were. Given very clear information our delivery and the when our product was delivered the staff were very professional and took the time to provide an explanation for regarding product care. We were very pleased with the quality of the sofa bed which is very comfortable.”

“The website was easy to navigate, contact with the firm was helpful and pleasant and delivery was excellent. I did complete a feedback form with the delivery men at the time so am a bit confused about being asked to do this one”

“Very easy to use on-line ordering, from huge number of styles and fabrics. Material swatches great, and being able to customise your order is great! Help desk very friendly and helpful when placing order. Delivery was very quick within four weeks of placing order. Very helpful friendly delivery men. All round good experience dealing with Willow and Hall. Helpful being able to visit Warehouse too.”
