“Lovely people to deal with, great service at both the showroom in Chiswick and from the delivery team. Delivery was pre-arranged and the 2 chaps who came to take away our old sofa bed and replace it with the new one were tidy, careful and polite. Highly recommend.”

“Staff at the show room were very helpful and professional - offering very good customer service. Sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great for us. Delivery company were also very prompt in contacting us and arranging a suitable delivery time. They also responded well to delivery tips and our neighbour who accepted the delivery was very impressed with them.”

“I love love love my new sofa! I was originally looking for a 3 seater and an armchair, but when I visited the showroom I fell in love with the chaise style so ended up choosing the Bayfield. They had a very similar item in the showroom so I was able to try the different cushions and drape fabric over it to get a pretty good idea of what the finished article would be like. When it arrived it looked and felt even nicer than the showroom one and I couldn?t be happier. Thank you!”
