“We ordered the Dunsmore 3 seater sofa, as well as extra fabric so we could make up some extra matching window cushions. From the people in the showroom to those on the telephone to the delivery men, I have been extremely impressed by the quality of service and responsiveness at every stage. Would happily order from Willow & Hall again.”

“I cannot comment as my two sofa beds have been suitably wrapped and delivered to the shipping company for transporting to South Africa I will be in contact once the sofa beds have been unpacked,.”

“Although it took four weeks for delivery, this was made clear at time of purchase, and items are made to order. Delivery were excellent and put the sofa upstairs in a room that was difficult to access with no complaints”

“Could not fault the service from visiting the shop where knowledgeable sales assistants were able to talk through all the options and work through my specific needs- I was tight on space and wanted a sofa bed. When I called up there service line they were extremely helpful and then when the guys came to deliver it they were brilliant. They were great ambassadors for the brand and talked about the business in a great way. The sofa turned out beautifully, it?s so comfy and great colour and I can have guests over and not feel like I am relegating them to a horrible lumpy sofa bed. Will recommend willow and hall to everyone. I also tried four major companies before willow so I know they are the best on the market.”

“The staff at the showroom were fantastic - very welcoming and showed us the range of sofa beds, how they worked and the range of fabrics.The delivery team were very careful as they brought in the sofa bed to the delivery point up stairs. They cleared away all the wrapping and made sure I knew how to operate the sofa bed.”

“So far so good, I ordered online and the delivery turned as planned 6 weeks later. We haven't had the chance to use it much yet but it looks great. The delivery guys were great as well, so helpful and quick at setting everything up.”

“Can't recommend highly enough. I've purchased previously from other high street sofa shops and found my experience with Willow & Hall to be worlds apart, maybe because they are still relatively small in comparison you benefit from receiving a personal level or care and service.”
