“I was superbly impressed by the service at willow and hall. I was well informed by the team members ringing me about delivery. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process, and thorough! The delivery men were polite and friendly. They built my sofa quickly and efficiently. Removing all the packaging and just giving us a quick explanation on how to put the 4 seater chaise together and apart. I am impressed with the quality, colour, comfort and style of the sofa. My fianc?e and I bought the sofa blind, as it were. We hadn't seen the sofa in person, however the detailed explanation on the website was more than enough to help us decide. Plus, the fabric sample was a great added touch, although we bought the sofa without requesting a sample. Willow and hall still sent us a fabric sample to make sure it was what we wanted. It was exactly as described and pictured on the website. Our sofa is a quality product and it has beaten all of the hundreds of sofas we have seen on the high street. I would highly recommend willow and hall!”

“Ordering was easy. Kept updating me on when it would be available. Sent a sample of the material when I forgot to ask for one. Drivers were great. Phoned me to update me on delivery time and hit it exactly. Very cheerful guys. Showed me what to do and left, taking all the packaging with them. I have used as a bed and it is very comfortable. I would and have recommended them to all and sundry”

“The Team were great, arrived on time (it was an early delivery slot but good) sense of humour is always important, knew what they were doing, showed me what to do to open up sofa bed gave me advice, took all packaging and left as quietly as they had arrived ! First class”

“Great service. Got a call from customer services a couple of days after the order to confirm all the details and go through the choices we made to make sure it is appropriate and book in a delivery date. Received another call a week before the delivery to make sure date and time is still fine. Arrived on time and with all packaging in tact. The guys were in and out in 15mins.”
