“Very helpful staff, we asked to slightly alter order a few days after ordering, and it was no problem to them. One critisism of the delivery company was that we were only given 36hrs warning of delivery, this was offset greatly by the courtesy and help given by the delivery team. All our questions were answered and we were shown all aspects of the bed settee.”

“We received excellent service at Willow & Hall. They were helpful and very professional. It is hard to find a company now that actually offers good service. They kept us up to date with our order along the way. We would without a doubt recommend Willow & Hall over any high street retail store, plus their furniture is far better quality. The delivery team unpacked and took away the packaging. They also demonstrated how the sofabed worked.”

“The service received was excellent. A phone call to confirm the order, and the 3 week delivery was to the exact date, brilliant as we had guests arriving the following day I was banking on it! Delivery was easy, up to the room and with a demonstration. Cant fault the service.”
