“However, it would have been helpful if the delivery company had hung around to show me how to open out and close the sofa bed . It would also have been helpful if you had made it known that the sofa bed, when opened out, did not lie flat. I thought it was faulty until I was informed that this is normal.”

“Top marks to all at Willow & Hall for fantastic customer service, a lovely product range and an easy-to-use and informative website. As a new customer, I particularly appreciated the free cosy pack of swatches which helped me to make the right decision and also the follow-up call after I'd placed my order to run through all details and check that I was happy with my choice.”
