“Ordered on 11/16 and not received the entire order in the time promised. Reordered and received the part I had already received and the rest did not arrive until very late. And now I just got another duplicate shipment. The prototype looked much better than the actual product. I will not be using them again.”

“I ordered black glitter wrapping paper and it looked HORRIBLE. It wasn't even glittery OR black. Waste of $25, I'd NEVER order with them ever again.”

“Pretty design, but I thought the fabric looked cheap. I re-ordered the pillow in cotton & I hope that will be an improvement over polyester. Both pillows were a little pricey, I thought, especially since they're only 16 x 16. They are on sale, though... Haven't really dealt with customer service. The delivery was fine. I don't think I can return the first pillow because I can't find the receipt or the packaging it came in.”

“Ordered two shirts for Christmas.they came in they whete the cheapest worst things i have ever seen called told them they face me a very hard time about a refund lady was rude. So the refund came today was short $9 calked back lady hung on me when I ask her why it was short $9 she told me lucky I got anything back so called my bank will ket them handle it from here.sad service would never do business with them again”

“Placed an order to be delivered on December 23rd, paid $25 for express shipping to make sure it was here before Christmas as well. Package showed shipped the 21st and not to arrive until 27th after I was assured delivery by the 23rd. Today is the 27th and its still not here...... I'm thinking someone didnt express ship!!! 😡😡😡”
