“James Harper was very helpful with my needs. He guided me through choosing the best products for the soundproofing I needed to do and was always available to answer any question I may had. I highly recommend him and this company. And the only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don't offer on-site consultations. But even handling everything through email, the communication was excellent!”

“Thank you for your great customer service. I was treated like we were already friends. When I told them the sq footage of the area, I estimated high and they reduced the amount by a roll saving me money. The delivery went very well. As it was delivered to a home address. I was given a heads up when they came a day early. And refunded for damaged roll.”
