“I needed a set of about 17 various acoustic panels for my home studio, some custom sizes. I am by no means a 'large order' type of customer. While I configured the panels online, I wanted to clarify some dimensions to be sure. I contacted Acoustimac customer service and they responded immediately and even redid my order on a direct quote to insure my order was good to go. All in all, the pricing and selection is very competitive and the service and delivery has been great - took about 2 weeks total from order to delivery of the panels. I have purchased other products from them in the past (mineral wool insulation panels for inside my studio walls) and service and delivery has been stellar - they package their shipments well as all of the shipments I have received over time have been damage free. Well worth building a buying relationship with these guys!”

“The pricing is very reasonable for the standard and custom sized panels. I just ordered 100 panels and they were accurate on the process and shipping of them. I had some Art panels done with custom logos and pictures, the print quality was better than I expected. On one shipment I had a broken panel and they shipped out a replacement right away.”

“The panels are worth every penny if you have a sound problem in your building. We had low, drywalled ceilings and the echo was strong. Once we installed the 4 X 4 Accoustimac Panels the sound was normal. The panels are well made and easy to install. I was surprised how few we had to put in to change the sound.”

“Product showed up damaged. I sent an email with pics and explanation to my contact at acoustimac, no response. I had fixed the product myself, (the wooden frame had been broken on a few of the panels I ordered) but I always kind of expected they would, provide me with some store credit, or at least apologize that I spent like 1000 bucks on panels and then had to fix the product upon arrival. Nothing. I wanted to love this experience, because they had been responsive up to the point of getting my money, but once they had my money, it was like forget it, I guess. Bummer. I wanted to do more business with these guys, because for the money, the product is cool.”

“Great product, excellent quality and service. I used the acoustic panels on the rear and side walls along with bass traps in the corners of my home studio. I immediately noticed a huge difference in the acoustics of the room. I record, mix, and master music in my studio and the addition of the panels has made a huge difference in the quality of my music. Don't waste your money on cheap acoustic treatment. I highly recommend this product from Acoustimac.”

“I needed something to "sound" insulate a set of mufflers for my Generac and this stuff fit the bill. Bought one (12) pack of the 1" wool and used two layers, easy to cut with hand shears. Was advised to use screws with washers, but after making one side I felt the stress of the exhaust flow would have eventually scoured the wool from the sides. Also, the wool may be impervious to moisture, but it sure gets heavy when wet! I ended up redoing it and the other side with 1/2" hardware cloth under washers and screws. All in all, it made a large difference in sound!”
